A new condominium complex is coming to City Island.
On the Sound is a brand-new development of waterfront condos being built on Fordham Street. Real estate brokers say the community is the first of its kind in nearly 30 years.
Construction of the complex began a year ago. Ten condos are set to be ready by this winter. The rest are expected to be completed by 2017.
