Carlos and Gabby's Kosher Mexican Restaurant has been providing customers with kosher food for the last five years.
With kosher tradition, all meat at the restaurant follows Jewish law, including their in-demand beef brisket.
The owners say they go through 100 pounds of brisket each week. They also have 25 homemade sauces.
Carlos and Gabby's will be closed Friday evenings and Saturdays for the Sabbath.
