A liquor store in Morris Park is paying a man to camp out in front of it so that no one robs the place when it's closed. 

The security guard can be found outside Bronx Cheers on Morris Park Avenue from around 10:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. as an unconventional alarm system. He can be seen on video wearing a hooded sweatshirt and sleeping on a beach chair. 

Bronx Cheers also has its gates down during that time, which covers the windows and doors. 

Many neighbors say they don't like the odd security feature in their community, especially when he's usually just sleeping or talking on the phone. 

It's not yet known why the owner of Bronx Cheers felt that he needed to take this security measure.
