An afternoon dispute between two men left one person dead on East Burnside Avenue Wednesday.

Police have identified the victim as 27-year-old Lamar Moore, of the Bronx. Area residents say he lived near the site of the shooting.

Police say Moore was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he died an hour later.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and was covering his face with a white cloth, according to police.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
