Dead man receives sanitation tickets at property
The city has been sending a dead man sanitation tickets for the garbage that has been piling up at one of his properties.
News 12 discovered that the owner of 2738 Webb Ave. is Flavio Godoy, the same man who police say murdered his wife and then killed himself in 2011.
Neighbors say since the murder-suicide, Godoy's property has been getting tickets from the both the city's Health Department and the Department of Sanitation.
According to the Department of Finance website, the property is also linked to Ocwen Bank.

News 12 the Bronx has reached out to the Department of Sanitation and Ocwen Bank and is waiting for a response.
Meanwhile, neighbors on the block want the eyesore cleaned up.
