Police say they have identified new leads in the hunt for a hit-and-run driver who killed a 27-year-old woman in City Island last Friday.
Gabriela Aguilar-Vallinos was struck and killed by a driver in a white Hyundai Genesis last week as she walked home from work at Sammy's Shrimp Box.
Friends and family gathered at Saint Joan of Ark Church in Parkchester for a funeral Mass Thursday.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
