A Riverdale restaurant made its grand opening Thursday.
Barcelona Bites, a tapas bar and restaurant, is owned by Chef Kevin Fernandez - the runner up on season 14 of the Food Network's "Chopped."
"We wanted to bring something to the community," Fernandez told News 12. "We want people to have a nice time, have good conversation and be able to have food while they're doing it."
Barcelona Bites can be found at 220 West 242nd St.
