Word on the Street: Chase Utley slide

It's the play that has everyone talking.

Dodger's second baseman Chase Utley has been slapped with a two-game suspension during the National League Division Series for what the league has deemed an illegal slide.

Utley slid into Mets shortstop Ruben Tejada, and the collision broke Tejada's leg.

Joe Torre, chief baseball officer for the MLB, called the slide "an action that warranted discipline."

Utley has said he will fight against the two-game suspension.

News 12 hit the streets to ask residents their opinions about the play.
