Family fears overgrown tree outside home

A Castle Hill couple says an overgrown tree is a dangerous obstacle outside their Blackrock Avenue home.

Elizabeth and Harry Seelochan say the tree sways violently in wind and rain, sometimes hitting the windows of their toddlers' bedroom.

They also say it hits the power lines outside their home.

The Seelochans say they've reported the issue to 311 at least six times over the past two months, but nothing's been done.

They say their concern is growing as winter approaches.
