The Bronx Community Council in Pelham Parkway held a fundraiser Wednesday to help rebuild homes in Pakistan following a deadly earthquake in South Asia earlier in the week.
Experts say the 7.1-magnitude quake killed hundreds of people, injured more than 2,000 and destroyed homes.
Bronx activists say they've raised about $100,000 already.
They've set their fundraising goal at $3 million.
