Ready, Set, Fit: Gool Jitzu

Halloween may have passed, but its spirit lives on year-round in a class that puts survival skills to the test.



News 12's Natasha Geigel defended herself with Gool Jitzu in this week's "Ready, Set, Fit."



"Our catchphrase is, 'Zombie defense that makes sense.' The most serious part is to actually workout, to have some basic knowledge of self-defense," says Gool Jitzu creator, Shem.



Gool Jitzu burns about 900 calories in an hour session.



The session involves core workouts, cardio and self-defense training.
