Food For Thought: Healthy leftovers
Holiday season has begun, which means there are plenty of leftovers.
Angela Robles, of the food blog Mind Over Batter, stopped by to share a healthy Thanksgiving leftover recipe.
Robles' recipe is for a sandwich that includes Greek yogurt, garlic, onions and apples.
She suggests using any leftover Thanksgiving biscuits for the sandwich bread, and a cranberry-orange jam.
