23-year-old Ruben Pizzaro accused in shooting death of 24-year-old David Rivera in the Bronx

Police have identified a suspect they say is responsible for the shooting death of a man in the Bronx.



They say 23-year-old Ruben Pizzaro is accused of shooting 24-year-old David Rivera multiple times near a child care center on Crotona Avenue around 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 24. Police say Rivera later died at St. Barnabas Hospital.



They say Pizzaro has a prior record and was arrested in 2013 for reckless endangerment.



Police describe Pizzaro as being 6'2'' and 160 pounds.
