Stolen dog returned to Edenwald family
An Edenwald family celebrated the return of their stolen dog Thursday night.
Takesha Loggins says that three hours after News 12 aired the story about her kidnapped Maltese, it was returned to the family.
Loggins said a man lured London, a white Maltese with pink ears, away from her usual hangout inside Salon 26 on 226th Street at the corner of White Plains Road. Loggins says her daughter had been a mess since the incident.
Ronee Conquest, a friend of the family, told News 12 the man had darker skin and wore a black jacket. She said he was around 6 feet tall and was wearing white earphones as he casually walked down the block with the stolen dog.
