15-year-old teen missing from the Bronx
A 15-year-old girl is missing from her Bronx home, according to police.
They say Chantelle Moore was last seen inside of her Longstreet Avenue apartment on Tuesday.
Police describe Moore as being 5'3'' and weighing about 150 pounds. 
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
