Police say a man accused of exposing himself to a woman in the Bronx and forcing her to touch him has been arrested.
The incident happened on Feb. 4, when police say the man followed the 23-year-old woman on the street.
They say the suspect exposed himself to the woman, masturbated and grabbed the victim's hand, forcing her to touch him.
Police say the man is facing sexual abuse charges.
