6 Bronx residents honored at African American Heritage Month Leadership Luncheon
The Bronx Chambers of Commerce recognized six people for their contributions to the borough during an African American Heritage Month Leadership Luncheon in the Bronx.
Honorees include Omar Hawthorne from Golden Krust restaurant, Ruel Stephenson, the deputy inspector of the 47th Precinct, Betty Adams, owner of Lloyd's Carrot Cake, Danielle Jones from the office of the New York State comptroller, Ron Law from Metro Plus Healthcare, and Noel Ellison from Riverbay Corporation in Co-op City.
This was the third annual luncheon held in the Bronx.
