Two teens have been arrested in connection with attacking a man with scolding hot water in the Bronx. Police say 18-year-old Damien Arias and 19-year-old Franklyn Rosario attacked a 50-year-old man

Teens arrested in hot-water attack
Two teens have been arrested in connection with attacking a man with scolding hot water in the Bronx.
Police say 18-year-old Damien Arias and 19-year-old Franklyn Rosario attacked a 50-year-old man on West Kingsbridge Road Sunday.
They say the two punched and kicked the man before throwing boiling water on his face. Rosario and Arais are facing assault charges.
Police say they are still looking for a third suspect.
