Borough President Ruben Diaz announced a new Bronx veterans resource guide Monday.

The guide is intended to educate and update the Bronx community board and elected officials on available veterans services. 

Diaz says the hard work of veterans who live in the Bronx does not go unnoticed.

"We're sending a message that here in the Bronx, we appreciate your services, we appreciate what you mean to New York and the United States, we appreciate what you've done for our liberties and freedoms and we're going to do everything possible to make sure that all the services that you deserve, that you fought so hard for are there for you," Diaz says.
