A boy who witnessed a hit-and-run crash in the Bronx is speaking out for the first time.
The teen says he was practicing for a baseball game at the Basil Behagen playground when he saw two teens in a silver car strike a 17-year-old boy near East 165th Street and Union Avenue Wednesday before running away.
The car was stolen, according to sources.
The witness says it appeared the victim lost a lot of blood after the accident.
The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Police say they are looking for two suspects. They are still investigating whether the teen was intentionally targeted.
