Police have released photos of a suspect they say slashed an employee at the Pioneer Store on White Plains Road Friday.
The suspect allegedly attacked the employee with a small knife after the employee tried to stop the suspect from stealing a box of cereal.
The suspect then fled the scene and the victim refused medical attention.
Police say the suspect is a man in his mid-20s to mid-30s and about 5 feet 8 inches tall.
