Jacobi staff ready to run to fight lung disease

Doctors and nurses at Jacobi Medical Center will run in a vertical road race Saturday to raise money to fight lung diseases.
The sixth annual Fight for Air Climb runs up 55 flights of stairs at One Penn Plaza in Manhattan.
The event is hosted by the American Lung Association of the Northeast.
The Jacobi team includes more than 20 runners, the largest group the hospital has ever sent to the event.
More than 700 people will race in total, along with 100 firefighters in attendance.
Registration begins at 8 a.m., and the race starts an hour later.
