A meeting will be held Saturday night to discuss the construction of a Days Inn hotel in a residential neighborhood.
The hotel is being built at 2338 Bruckner Blvd., but construction is currently on hold.
The Castle Hill Neighborhood Betterment Association, a coalition of residents living around the construction site opposed to the hotel, discovered the hotel had violated zoning laws, leading to the halt.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. and will be hosted by the coalition. Elected officials representing the area are expected to attend.
