Word on the Street: Published reports say bill introduced to keep scores on all licensed cab drivers

Cab drivers across the city may soon be getting graded on their performance.



Published reports say a bill introduced by Councilman Carlos Menchaca would require scores be kept on all drivers licensed by the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission.
