A Bronx hospital celebrated its 175th birthday with a special dinner party to raise money to improve its facility.
The Lincoln Hospital gala was held at Marina del Rey, with all donations going toward new additions to its pediatric wing.
Officials say the funds will make care better for younger patients, while helping them feel more comfortable being in a hospital.
The event also honored 823 nurses employed at the medical center.
