Residents upset Mayor Bill de Blasio did not participate in 38th annual Columbus Day Parade in the Bronx

Some residents say they are upset that Mayor Bill de Blasio did not march in the 38th annual Columbus Day Parade in the Bronx.

"We are not good enough now, because now he's mayor," said resident Antonio Friar. "Before he needed us. Looks like now he don't need us anymore."

While the mayor did not attend the festivities, Sen. Jeff Klein was at the parade.

He helped hand out more than 4,000 cannolis along the parade route.
