Players from the New York Giants visited P.S. 49 Tuesday for their 16th annual "Hometown Huddle" program.
The players visited the school to teach students about living a healthy lifestyle and spent the morning doing physical activities with them.
The Giants also painted over the school's graffiti-covered walls and helped students clean up their playground.
Hometown Huddle is run as a partnership between the Giants, United Way of New York and BMO Capital Markets. Another Bronx school will get a visit next week.
