Firefighter killed after falling from Queens roof
Friends and family are coming to grips with the tragic loss of an FDNY firefighter who died after responding to a fire in Queens. 
William Tolley, 42, died Thursday in Ridgewood after falling from a two-story building while responding to a fire. 
He was rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. 
Tolley was a 14-year veteran of the FDNY and lived on Long Island with his wife and eight-year-old daughter.
Neighbors say they are shocked and devastated. The FDNY says they are investigating the incident.
