Parishioners at St. Lucy’s Church participate in Stations of the Cross

Many people gathered at St. Lucy's Church on Bronxwood Avenue in Allerton to commemorate the Stations of the Cross.

Station by station parishioners young and old prayed and reflected as they walked through the streets of Allerton. The parishioners recreated the 14 stations to mark the suffering Jesus went through before his crucifixion.

The service ended back at the church as the crowds poured into the Scala Santa to reenact Jesus' crucifixion.
