Family seeks legal action against NYPD after son’s 2012 death

The family of Ramarley Graham is seeking legal action against the city after a police officer shot and killed the Wakefield teen in 2012.

They claim that, after more than five years, the officers responsible for killing Graham have not been held accountable by the NYPD.

Richard Haste, the officer who shot and killed Graham, resigned several weeks ago after a departmental trail.

Graham's family says they are not giving up their fight for justice.
