Police ID victim in deadly Bronx River Parkway crash

Police have identified a man killed in a crash off the Bronx River Parkway.



Jesus Paulino, 24, was killed after a livery car he was riding in slammed into a wall near the East Gun Hill Road northbound exit ramp in Williamsbridge Thursday just before 3 a.m., according to police. 



The 22-year-old driver of the car remains in critical condition at Jacobi Medical Center.



Police say they are working to determine if he may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
