Sources: 2 men arrested Friday in 2012 killing

Two men were arrested Friday in connection with the 2012 slaying of Hansell Arias, News 12 sources have confirmed.

Last year, the case against an initial suspect, Enger Javier, was dismissed due to DNA evidence. As News 12 has reported, even the victim's family called for his release.

Friday, sources say police arrested two new suspects -- Jose Rodriguez and Jesus Reyes.

The sources say both suspects will be arraigned on Tuesday.

Manuel Gomez, the private investigator who helped secure Javier's freedom, says he believes the right people are now behind bars.
