Bronx running group fuses borough history with exercise

A Bronx running group is pairing borough history with exercise as a way to educate runners about the Bronx.

'Bronxsole' was created by Bronx residents Pedro and Justin after they were tired of going to Manhattan for their social run groups and decided that their home borough needed one.

The two host runs every Tuesday on the Grand Concourse and make two history stops along the way before completing their 3-5 mile routine.

Their goal is to keep the Bronx healthy and educate residents of the borough's history.
