A man was shot outside of the Mill Brook Houses in Mott Haven, police say.
The incident happened Monday on East 137th Street around 8:30 p.m.
Police say the man in his 20s was walking down the street when he was shot in the arm.
He was transported to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
Police say the victim is not cooperating with the investigation.
