A neighborhood in South Bronx may be getting a new residential building.
Real estate company Tahoe Development recently filed an offering plan for a 47-unit building in Mott Haven at 221 East 138th St.
The plan calls for a seven-story building with ground floor retail.
Experts say many transportation options and new restaurants in the neighborhood are attracting young families.
More buildings are expected to come to the area in the coming months.
