Forecast: Temps around 29 overnight; cold, sunny Tuesday ahead

EDISON -

New Jersey saw mostly cloudy skies with cold and windy conditions to start off the work week.

Temperatures were in the mid-40s Monday, but News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren said that the windy weather made temperatures feel colder.

Monday’s overnight hours should see partly cloudy skies with temperatures around 29 degrees.

Tuesday should see mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the low-40s.

Wednesday is expected to be partly sunny with temperatures in the upper-30s. Overnight hours may dip into the low-20s.

Curren says that rain is expected to return by the end of the week and that the rain could be heavy at times.
