Residents out and about despite rainy, gloomy weather

Despite the rain, people were still out and about Monday– some even braved the weather on their bikes.
Other residents were running to get out of the rain into subway stations and onto the bus.
Almost everyone had umbrellas, although at points the rain seemed to be coming sideways and soaking people anyway.
News 12 meteorologists say there will be rain on and off throughout the day with temperatures near 60.
