A missing inmate from Rikers Island has been found and taken back into custody, according to Department of Corrections officials.
Naquan Hill was found on Rikers Island after officers say he never returned Wednesday from his time out in the yard for a mandatory head count.
The missing inmate prompted a lockdown at the facility.
According to sources, Hill stepped out of the view of a nearby surveillance camera before jumping a fence.
He was later located somewhere on the island, but it is unclear if he ever left the facility.
Hill is being jailed for two counts of burglary in Queens.
