NEW YORK -
  • Disney says it’s going to pull all of its movies from Netflix and launch its own streaming service. It will include exclusive content created just for the platform. Disney’s also launching a video streaming service for ESPN. Shares of Disney are lower after missing revenue expectations in the last quarter. Netflix shares are also down.
  • Oprah is teaming up with Kraft Heinz on a new line of refrigerated soups and side dishes. They're called "O That's Good!," and are marketed as healthy versions of comfort food. USA Today reports the products are expected to hit store shelves this week. Winfrey says she got the idea when trying to make herself a healthier version of cauliflower mashed potatoes.
  • JetBlue plans to voluntarily take questions and complaints via text and Twitter through a new startup investment, called Gladly. JetBlue was rated the best airline this year by the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
