THE BRONX -

An out-of-control car flew up a curb and slammed into a Givan Avenue house Tuesday sending several adults and a child to the hospital with minor injuries during the homeowner's 80th birthday party.

The crash wiped out a gate on the home's front lawn.

Witnesses say a white Honda Accord blew a red light and slammed into a black Audi -- sending it careening into a yard where a father was walking with his child in a stroller.

The man was not hurt and the baby is OK, News 12 is told. The occupants of both vehicles and the child were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
