Republicans come together to build momentum for NYC general elections
The executive committee of the Kings County Republican Party hosted an event to create a strong front around their candidate for New York City mayor, Nicole Malliotakis.
Republicans from all over New York City came out to Dyker Heights with energy for November's general elections.
Comptroller candidate Michael Faulkner emceed the event, which also featured Vito Bruno, the party’s candidate for borough president, and City Council hopefuls.
Incumbent Mayor Bill de Blasio won the Democratic primary earlier this week. Officials say they are excited to see Malliotakis take him on.
