Police have just released new video of the suspects involved in a home invasion last month.
It happened on Sept. 17 around 3 p.m. A Wakefield boy was tied to a pipe after two men broke into the apartment. He was home alone at the time.
Police say the robbers broke in through the front of the building on Matilda Avenue near East 239th Street and headed into the basement apartment.
That's when they tied the 10-year-old boy up by placing a cloth belt around his neck and tied it to a pipe.
Investigators say they stole up to $8,000 worth of jewelry and ran off.
Neighbors say the family moved to the U.S. from Guyana a few months ago.
Police sources say two men were inside the home for a little under an hour, but it is unclear if the boy was tied up the entire time. He did not need medical attention.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
