MOTT HAVEN -

A bloody brawl in Mott Haven sent four men to the hospital early Sunday morning.

Police say it all happened just before 3 a.m. at the corner of Bruckner Boulevard and Alexander Avenue.

News 12 is told gunfire erupted outside of Wish 37 Bar and Restaurant, striking two males in their 20s.

In addition to the pair who received the gunshot wounds to the shoulder and back, officials say two other males around the same age were also involved in the incident. Both of them are said to have been slashed, one in the neck and the other across the face.

All of those injured are said to be in stable condition. Police say three of the men are recovering at Lincoln Hospital and the fourth is being treated at Saint Luke's.

It is unknown if the four men knew each other prior to the violent incident.
