Fire rips through home in Massapequa

<p>According to officials, the flames broke out around 1:15 a.m. and started outside of the garage of a home on Gloucester Road.</p>

 Officials say a fire ripped through a home around 1:15 a.m. in Massapequa. 
According to officials, the flames started outside of the garage of the home on Gloucester Road and spread to the right side of the house.
The home was gutted and two cars were damaged that were in the driveway.
Fire marshals are investigating the cause of the fire.
Officials say people were home at the time of the fire, but made it out OK.
