  • Tesla's at the center of a new lawsuit claiming that the production floor is a "hotbed for racist behavior." An African American employee says black workers at the company are often harassed and deal with -"Civil Rights era race discrimination."
  • The FDA has approved the first “digital pill.” It’s embedded with a sensor so doctors can tell if a patient has taken their medication--- including the date and time the person took it. According to the New York Times, experts estimate that noncompliance to medication costs about $100 billion a year because patients get sicker. The digital pills do raise privacy concerns. 
  • Bill Gates wants to build the community of the future. His investment company invested $80 million in a high tech development outside of Phoenix. The community has high speed internet, self driving cars and new manufacturing technologies.
