Terror suspect pleads not guilty in NYC bike path attack

The man accused of killing eight people in a terror attack in Manhattan has pleaded not guilty.
Sayfullo Saipov, an Uzbek immigrant, is accused of running down a group of people in a rented Home Depot truck on Halloween. Eight people, including New Milford resident Darren Drake, were killed. Over 20 more were injured.
Saipov, a Paterson resident, allegedly admitted after the attack that he committed the act in the name of the Islamic State group. Extremist propaganda was also allegedly found on his phones.
He is expected back in court Jan. 23.
