Apple needs to do more to keep kids from getting addicted to their smartphones. That's according to two major shareholders, who are urging the tech giant to develop tools that allow parents to control the amount of time children use their devices. Activist investor Jana Partners and California State Teachers' Retirement System, which together hold about $2 billion of Apple stock, call youth addiction a public health crisis.
Starbucks is charging extra for using a paper cut at over 20 of its London locations. The chain already offers a 25-cent discount for customers who bring their own cups, and now it'll start charging an additional 5 British pennies for a disposable cup.
