Affordable housing lottery opens for Norwood apartments

A lottery has opened for an affordable housing apartment building in Norwood.

The building is located on 400 E. 203rd St., and has a total of 117 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

The building is geared toward individuals and families making between just over $30,000 and just over $140,000 per year.

Units range from $865 to about $2,300 a month.

The 11-story development will include a laundry room, fitness center and a recreation room.
