Some Bronx residents ventured inside Wednesday to escape the harsh conditions of the nor'easter.
Residents were able to watch sports, drink and eat at Havana Cafe in Castle Hill.
"We're New Yorkers. We know how to tough it out in this type of weather," one patron said. "We've been conditioned for it for a very, very long time."
