Bronx faces heavy snowfall, intense wind gusts during latest nor'easter

A fourth nor’easter brought heavy snow and wind gusts to the Bronx Wednesday.

Sanitation crews in the Bronx worked to treat roads overnight with salt and sand.

Snow was expected to intensify through the evening commute home.

News 12 Meteorologists expected 4-8 inches of snow with wind gusts up to 40 mph. 

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning through 6 a.m. Thursday.
